Raids need to be made so everyone who payed for Destiny can achieve the same items and gear, no matter how much time you have to play. Bungie made a game for everyone who bought Destiny, right???????

That is where you are wrong. You said everyone who buys should be able to get the same stuff. Everyone is different. Some people can play 1 hour a week some people 20. Say you are a person who can play 20 hours. You for the past 3 months have been raiding every week grinding for gear. You finally get a good drop on a beautiful new weapon. You head to the tower to do a little dance and show off your shiny new toy. When you get there a guardian that hit level 20 4 hours ago, used MM raid and has the same gun you do. I doubt you would feel it's "fair." All the hours spent, time invested, just to have your accomplishment be meaningless. That is what a raid is for. When you come out if it with something your proud of. Something you will take a picture of and show your friends. People don't come back to a video game because they can get everything. They come back because they can't. That is why your up till 3 am saying "one more run." Because you hope this will be the time. That is why there is no MM for raids.

What Bungie said is, "That there is something in Destiny for everyone." Not that everything in Destiny is designed for everyone.

No and yes, often times similar gear can be achieved via other means such ass PvP or though faction rep so no raiding doesn't need to be accessible to every lazy player who picks up the game.
