I appear to be the only one who caught the Dark Tower reference. Epic reference for an epic game deej. If Destiny is as epic as the Tower maybe I'll have to get a Destiny tattoo as well. Also thanks for wiping the toons. I'm a sucker for character creation. ;-)

2 RepliesBy the Traveler's Light did this ever bring out the trolls! I can see why they left the country lol. I honestly couldn't care less. I'm fine with them deleting my character. I was gonna do it anyway, though if they hadn't I would have stuck my awesome scout rifle in my vault first. I hope I find something like it again.

4 RepliesNooo! It took me like, 2 hours to reach level 8!! And then like, two WHOLE matches in the Iron Banner to get those sick level 20 exotic hand guns that I wasn't even going to use anyway! I am disappoint.

Even knowing this was gonna happen, doesn't make it any easier to swallow. *Sigh*. Still looking forward to the game, this does give me a chance to remix my Titan, wasn't too happy with my choices for her, making her a lot better this round.

5 RepliesI'm actually happy that my character was wiped. I do miss my Guardian but I know his wipe was not in vain. He helped with data that Bungie needed. I put 64.5 hours into the beta. I carried the mind-set of automatically thinking my character wouldn't carry over. Reason why I find it a relief is because if it takes the amount of time to reach level 8 in the real game than it did in the Beta, I admit, I'll be kind of disappointed. The soft level cap is 20. I'm understood it goes past that with armor upgrades. I'm pretty sure I'll be happy. Raids aren't even aloud until then, correct me if I'm wrong. I also never got past the level [??] characters that many (3 or 4, I think) areas of the main map wouldn't let me get passed. I want to know whats down those STAIRS! What's beyond the boats? How deep does that Hive tunnel go? I'm pretty sure those areas of the map lead to even bigger areas in Russia/Earth. Then there's Old Chicago. Who knows if it's connected or added as another area we transfer to thru orbit. We won't know until the game is released. Still I'm not disappointed at all about how the Alpha or Beta ended. I enjoyed my time with Destiny A LOT so far so what's to stop me now? Me and my wife will be extremely excited when our Ghost Editions are sitting on our "reveal table" with a grin on our faces ready to open them like a ravaging Hive monster...

6 RepliesYou guys should expand the Fireteams. Strike and Campaign to 4 members. Exploration to 6 members. A lot of people would probably would like to see this changed.
