3 RepliesIn other words the tower was structurally unsafe and fell while all the guardians were having a rave atop the tower. Which ended up killing and destroying everything. So the traveler has to rebuild it all. Which I hear construction should be finished September 9th.

1 ReplyWell I am okay with the character deletion, but I got all the Vanguard mission stuff and completed it. So about 15,000 experience gone, but it only took a few hours. Nothing I can't earn again. At least you can still see your character stats and stuff in the companion app, which is great.

I guess that's only fair to the players who didn't play the beta. At least those who did will get an emblem to show that they did play the beta and remember the fun times they had playing with friends or alone. Plus beta players have a basic knowledge of the game now to start again possibly better than they did in beta.

To be honest, once the retail version hits people will start to forget about their alpha and beta builds. I know we put a lot of time into those characters but we treated them like max level builds. Once we equip our first level 9 item, we'll feel like gods!!!...until level 10 of course and so on...can't freakin wait!

Due to seeing all the discouragement among my fellow Guardians I have a bit of hope for you, being an Alpha player, I was extremely disappointed that my alpha exo warlock got wiped. I thought that making a new character was going to be "painful and hard" due to all the work I put unto him, I almost didn't play the beta because of it, but when I opened the beta and started messing around with the new features, I ended up making a character that I loved EVEN more. I ended up liking my Beta Guardian better than the Alpha. Bungie has already stated that we haven't even seen everything in the game yet, so that makes me extremely hopeful for another experience much like the Beta where I (and yourselves) make a new Guardian that will stay and carry us through newer better adventures. My friends, don't be discouraged by the choice of Bungie on this, I promise you that the game will far surpass your expectations, and your next guardian? He'll be the most badass of any guardian youve created yet. Have faith and look forward to September 9th when we rejoin among the stars and bathe in the travelers light

And never got to use, please leave a comment of the rare items you found during the beta. I found a rare Genghis Lmg, a rare Hannibal Lmg and a rare sidewinder shotgun. And some rare armor called criptid . Rare as in blue stuff I never found any legendary stuff

What are everyone's views/opinions on the different races? Here are mine: •Human; reliable, stubborn (because they don't want to lose their planet) hardy. I like being a human so I can roleplay and stuff ahah. •Awoken; reliable, maybe a human like species from another galaxy coming to help human's defend their home because the darkness took theirs. Cool looking too! •Exo; mysterious, hardy, awesome looking! Features are awesome. However I can't get over why a robot would put on a helmet though.

4 RepliesToday, my coca cola can said "Share a Coke with a Legend". Bungie, are you paying Coca Cola for advertising your game? I certainly can't think of any Legends except those Guardians in Destiny. Maybe if I Become Legend, someone will share a Coke with me.

deej, our guardians can only have two pieces of exotic gear equipped, does this only apply to our armor and weapons, or are emblems, sparrows, ships and class specific items are also affected by this

We know about the limit of 1 exotic weapon and 1 exotic piece of armor at a time. Will there be exotic ships, sparrows, ghost shells, and class items that we can also have equipped at the same time?

Thank you for making this game. This is something I've wanted for YEARS. Yeah I lost my created friend. But hey, I'll always remember him "rip pudden". People have been saying things like the game could be small or it won't keep the interest of all players. SO WHAT! This is ground breaking. They are testing new equipment and servers. It's not another halo or another call of duty. It's original and if it is small oh well. They can only improve from where they have started. I'm counting down the minutes guys. I can't upgrade my preorder to ghost cuz people are out of stock but I'm counting down the milliseconds. Just keep adding on to your creation and I'm sure people will scream your names for years to come. Since we deleted our betas why are we still seeing our guardians on the app? Should we delete the app and redownload or what?

Could we see an example of what shaders do to our armor and how one shader looks compared to the built in shaders?

2 RepliesIs there going to be an option for colourblind people? Something that makes it possible to change colours in PVE and PVP. Being Red/Green colour deficient is a pain when you end up shooting your own side or when you cant tell the difference between different ammo drops. .
