I love Destiny but there's a problem...... Destiny has been marketed as a seamless online/single player game but I can not meet new people or talk to anyone that's not on my fire team.....this is very disappointing and I understand that some people don't want your mic spammed and neither do I but a proximity chat could easily fix that or a thing called a mute button. If you still do not want that just disable the feature?Why can Bungie not let us have the option to talk to people and meet new people? Currently none of my friends have Destiny so the game feels like a let down to me because I see that its really good and has huge potential but I can not experience that due to Bungie's philosophy with online gaming. Basically the game played like this...me playing alone for most of the game and occasionally joining some random dudes fire team after going through 3 stupid ass menus which took minutes before i was in a fire team . I was forced to send a stupid friend request to a random stranger just to play co op....now I do know that you can make it open to a random player for your fire team but Bungie does not mention that feature which at the begging of the game i think a box should pop up asking you if you want your fire team open to players. More than Half the players I meet would of enabled this feature but they did not even know about it!! Why not just do some automatic matching making if your not in a squad and for the players alone? Please or at least make it easier to join a fire team. And I did have SOME friends playing destiny but do you really think we are all going to play at the same time? NO...this is just a huge flaw in Destiny. Whats even worse is that the PVP has no online chat with your team.....Bungie said they don't want players harassed but that by far is the stupidest sh!# I heard because there's a thing called a mute button and you think they would have this because this is coming from the guys who made Halo. We need to be able to communicate with our team!!! I feel like not enough people in the community are talking about this problem and I just want to see what other people think about this,because if it does not improve on this on the retail the game is going to suck for me. I am thinking about selling my ghost edition now. I understand that some people want it this way Bungie BUT GIVE THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ACTUALLY MEET NEW PEOPLE THE OPTION TO ACTUALLY MEET NEW PEOPLE IF WE WANT TOO! LET ME PLAY HOW I WANT TO PLAY AND LET OTHER PEOPLE PLAY HOW THEY WANT TO PLAY, NOT YOUR WAY! I feel like we as a community need to fix this issue.
