I was wrong, MatchMaking is bad for Raids but...

My eyes are now wide open: I don't absolutely want a bunch of strangers to mess up with my extremely difficult Raid. All I want is to play with people that I know well and that have some skills: my Clan in one word. But... Let's think for a second: if one of your friends cannot play that week or something happens at his/her console, what will you do if you want Raid anyway? We have to have a social system for this emergencies that can give us skilled players willing to Raid for a substitution from which WE can choose. The system may only be a list of all the actual players, they can be voted up or down for how well they performed in campaign, explore, other Raids, Nightfall and you can simply be "I want him" and send him a request and see if he joins or you pick another one. This is not matchmaking this is matchconstruction.
