So I have been reading a lot of posts on this feedback and on various other discussion websites and I see that I am not the only one who is very disappointed with the lack of social experiences in this game. And by lack I mean there is none. I am not here to bash this game so please don't get the wrong idea. I really did enjoy the beta however there were a few big problems for me. One of those was the lack of a social atmosphere in this game.
You could dance with other people, you could kick a soccer ball around, but you couldn't talk to them? Trust me I understand why you don't have everyone voice chatting with each other all at once that would be a disaster. 14 random people yelling in my ear at the tower no thank you.
So here is my solution to that. Create an in game txt chat like you would see in any MMO game on the market right now. Then push microsoft and sony to make chat pads for the new consoles (not sure if sony has one already for ps4). The pad could have a button to bring up an in-game chat screen for games like Destiny (that way the chat box is not always on screen). They would make money because most people who will play Destiny will buy one. Not to mention the fact they can be used for other games that will be coming out soon. This really to me is a simple fix.
I would really appreciate any feedback from other users or possibly an employee themselves with thoughts on the possibility of this.
