If the hand cannon was a side arm I would understand its stats, but as a primary weapon it is kinda weak and pointless compare to almost all the scout rifles. Most hand cannons get six rounds, slow to fire, and agonizingly slow to reload, and a huge recoil (which I love by the way) where as the scout rifles have twice as much ammo, fast to reload, have a scope, and much less recoil and some that do almost same damage. I even gave a couple of the top notch hand cannons a go in crucible and the campaign quest for a couple days. Looks cool and fun as hell to shoot but when it comes to functionality I always have to go back to my scout rifles regrettably. I looked at some of the higher tier cannons that are not unlocked and notice some shoot explosive rounds which might balance it out in the future. If not, maybe increasing damage, ramp up reload speed a bit, letting some of them shoot faster or contain more bullets in magazine might help? Awesome game and have been loving every minute of it. Thanks for all the hard work you guys all put into it and I am glad I gave you my money.
