After the last update file, My primary weapon fires itself randomly while running around maps. I noted this started happening with my secondary & special weapons also. When I got sick of this repeating constantly...I went to put my PS4 into standby & while exiting the game, my system completely crashed & locked up not responding to any of the buttons or the power button on the unit. I ended up having to do the worst thing you can and yank the power plug. Frequency of occurrence is consistent & constant. Game is not unplayable but it makes ammo conservation very difficult, & also happens 10 out of 10 times even after rebooting system Steps to reproduce ***NOTE*** use a weapon with a high rate of fire. All weapons are effected, but high fire rate machine guns will be most noticeable -load character & go to orbit -select mission or crucible -in game start running around without firing & observe gun will start shooting & require you to tap R2 to stop -switching weapons stops firing -reloading sometimes triggers the "autofire" to start -At times the weapon will not even fire at all after a reload when reloading while weapon is firing itself -Weapons fire when switching between primary, seconday & special System Crash was pro
