special permanent event timing

Exactly at 2:00pm PST (like bungie plans)

2:00pm-12:00am PST (if you play during this time period)

All day Sunday (if you play during this time period)

Extend the Beta one day as well as the event

Give everyone who played the beta the item automatically

I know a lot of people have an issue with this. Let's let bungie know what the people want.
