First Light :(
First Light is currently the worst map I've ever played on any MP. The layout is ok, not great. But the interceptor is what is ruining this map. Its waaay too strong. I understand it having a powerful set of cannons, but its HP is too high. A heavy weapon should shred it quicker than it does. And the players head/upper torso should be exposed from the sides and back.
Nerf that interceptor or just remove it. Its ruining that map.

Loved the map. Didn't use the interceptor too much. Firepower is good, but I don't like driving around a box with "SHOOT ME" written on it.

I don't like the map either, but not because of the tank. I rarely had any trouble with it. Matter of fact, I can't remember any time I was faced against it. The map, however; I don't know. I just didn't like it.

2 RepliesI feel like people don't like the interceptor, because they abuse it. Personally,I abuse it and I go 30-0. But recently I've only been going maybe 20-6 but majority of my kills are from my gun, because I'm snipped off the interceptor or I get nova bombed/golden gunned/ground pounded or they toss a grenade and shot at me instead of the tank. People are getting smarter and killing tankwhores, because they're giving it effort. If bungie nerfs the interceptor because the people who aren't giving effort are complaining. That's just stupid.

You know what would be best to do? Actually reading the weekly updates. And for you my friend, I recommend reading the answer Bungie/Deej gave to [u]Ground Pounder[/u] for his question in the 07/25/2014 weekly update.

People need to realize that there are turrets and supers and the driver is exposed so its easy to kill it

you mean that thing i blow up seconds into the match with the turret every round i played? Im not afraid of big derpy vehicles especially when you can just go inside a building to escape it.

Our team has interceptor, theirs doesn't) -Grenades work magic -Heavy weapons destroy interceptors Combine these with teamwork, I have a friend that's a good sniper. Can't count how many times I've been interceptor bait for him. I get its attention, then wait in a protected area while he tries to shoot me out of it, friend snipes him in his ugly face, now my team has two interceptors. Other team proceeds to rage quit, goes to forums to complain about interceptor, me and my friend laugh maniacally. And everyone lived happily ever after.

Guys they should nerf the sniper I get one shotted all the time ... It's not like it's a one shot in the head for every other game... Everyone should shut up about nerfing the interceptor... Do u hear ppl in bf4 or bf3 complaining about tanks? And they are harder to take out cuz u can't shoot the damn guy that's driving it and it's still no big deal for them so stop complaining about this interceptor and find out how to kill it because it's really easy

12 RepliesMy friend nova bombed an interceptor once. It was glorious. They're not unbeatable. I personally enjoy the challenge and it adds a new level of strategy. I'm pretty sure I saw two hunters with golden guns take it down once too but I could be mistaken. Hard to tell with all the chaos going on.

It's literally not that hard to kill someone in it. You can't expect to run at a tank and kill it

Or just use you head and use a sniper to kill the guy. They are slow, so just shoot him in the head and that's done. Really don't have any problems with the vehicles in This game

Everyone will say; oh no you can easily take it out! Which can be true at times when you have a super or rockets and so on! But most of the time it will kill you and go on to get a couple more kills after! There just annoying and designed for crap players! My solution for it and the pike is when there destroyed they don't spawn back! Simple!
