Why do Warlocks hate Hunters?
So, I'm playing Destiny as a Warlock and I noticed that some of my gear had very 'anti-hunter' descriptions. One said something along the lines of Hunters not being able to shoot straight and other said Warlocks will never 'cede their position' to the Hunters. Anyone know why there's bad blood between the two, or if there's tension between all the classes, or did I just pick a class that happens to be really pissy?
EDIT: So there is some tension between each of the classes. The shit talk mainly goes on between the Warlocks and Huntards. The Huntards and Titans also have a few jabs at each other. Titans and Warlocks seem to get along.

I'd probably go to say that it's because hunters don't care much for team play cause as a class they work as lone wolves almost a jack of all trades which makes them perfect for recon missions where as the warlock is the scholar and information keeper of the classes. I think it comes down to the fact that the hunters don't respect the information and warlocks don't give the hunters credit for finding said information.

I kind of noticed it too, personally I love working with hunters. [spoiler]Dat cloak revive[/spoiler] It's probably the stark contrast between the scholarly/intellectual nature of warlocks and the rough/survivalist nature of hunters. Hunters explore the unknown physical wilderness and terrain of planets, but warlocks try to uncover the unknown supernatural powers of the traveler and darkness. Almost makes me enjoy working with them even more. Anyways - to all you hunters out there, I've got your back.

4 RepliesWarlocks and titans can and should be best friends because the two of them together can run infini-bubble. Hunters are a class designed entirely for solo artists and offer very little to the teams they are present on. (No one needs invisibility when everyone stays alive because of perma-bubble.)

Because Warlocks see hunters as very self centered people. They took the teachings of the Warlocks and made everything they do focused on help themselves instead of helping others. While Titans took the teachings and made things that help others. Yes Warlocks were the first to bend the light of the traveler in powers and taught the Titans and Hunters.
