Hand Cannon Underpowered
Comparing the basic stats of a pulse rifle and a hand cannon I will always use a pulse rifle, hand cannon wont see much use unless they can actually stand up to other weapon types, my suggestion is to increase (range and accuracy), (fire rate and stability), or just plain damage.

1 ReplyHand cannons require more skill than other primary weapons. If you can consistently land head shots, the hand cannon is just as good if not better than other primaries. The problem i have is that you can't land criticals through shields, which makes hand cannons worse against shielded enemies and makes other primaries much better due to a higher volume of damage.
