Purchasing Gear/Weapons via the App
What are the community's thoughts on being able to purchase gear and weapons via the companion app? I found an Auto Rifle that I want but obviously with the beta down for maintenance, I can't log in and pick it up. There might be times that I am at work and can't log in to get a piece. Buying the item through the app would make me that much more excited to jump on when I get home to try it out!

This would be awesome. Ive had to work almost every night since the beta started, so I'd definitely be using a buy option. Id also like to be able to accept and abandon bounties via the app, unless we already can?

3 RepliesI agree too. Seeing weapons or gear that the vendors have while you're at work or away from destiny would be an awesome way to make sure you get that one piece of item you might want. I would also like to see a status progression on the grimorie. Being able to see how far in a certain progression whether it be the fallen or the hive or whatever would be helpful so I'm not just randomly guessing how many more I need to kill off a certain type. By the way has anyone been able to figure out how you're able to swap your gear on your character through the app I thought we are able to do this maybe I'm just dumb haven't figured it out.

Agreed. Equip items from the vault too. Maybe you can already do this, and I'm too stunned to figure it out.
