Suggested PvP Vehicle Balance: No Radar

I'm of the belief that the vehicle offensive capabilities are balanced in PvP. They are quite susceptible to any kind of firearm, not to mention anything decently powerful. Their vulnerability makes up for their ability to swiftly punish players caught out in the open. However, what doesn't make sense to me is that the pilots retain 100% awareness while flying around the map on these things. Hit and run tactics are brutally effective with vehicles in PvP, and it makes little sense to commit to a fight when you can run away from a losing one so quickly. The motion detector makes it easy for roaming Pikes and Interceptors to hunt down players and scout enemy locations, while also making it very easy to spot incoming threats and ambushes. I think in the case of Interceptors, with them being especially deadly, a reduction to radar awareness would compliment it well. It'd be partially blind and still vulnerable to small arms fire, which would help to further balance its potential to decimate Guardians. This doesn't strike me as a necessary change, but maybe a helpful tweak. I think it would ultimately lead to a more balanced PvP if vehicles had a shorter radar range, or didn't have one at all.
