Every time I run devils lair I spend the first few minutes trying to invite my group members into my fireteam so that I can use the mic for precision and teamwork, however most of the people that I get grouped with just end up ignoring my requests for a fireteam probably because they dont know what it does. Bungie should either explain the voice chat system better in a tooltip, or should automatically put you in a fireteam when grouping up for a strike. Personally i think proximity chat would be nice for all modes with the exception of tower...
