Warlock Bond - very bland compared to Badge and Cloak
Does anyone else think there is a pretty significant "coolness factor" missing from the Warlock Bond that is definitely present in the Hunter's Cloak and Titan Badge. If the Bond had a long sash that hung from the arm or some other marker that was visible from a distance I think it would be cooler. As it stands right now, I wouldn't walk up to a fellow warlock and ask where they acquired that cool armband...
Even the legendary 3D ones don't quite stand out like the other classes.
Just wondering if this has been addressed in anything in the main game?

Have to disagree I really like the bond that I'm wearing and I think that the other ones sold by the speaker are pretty cool as well. Not to mention some of the other ones that drop from the raid. IMO the titan mark is by far the worst. Still wish they gave you some type of benefit.

One that has flames coming off of it doesn't stand out? Or the one with void power? Of the fragment of prime that shimmers with the mysteries of the vault of glass?

Titans have it way worse than warlocks. Warlocks get shiny shit that looks honestly, pretty sick. Hunters get the flamboyant cape, and titans...well.. if you don't have the VoG mark it won't even get noticed.

1 ReplyWell, I'd say only the Hunter gets something cool. The titans look like they have just been cooking and pushed their apron aside. If I remember, I can make a video this evening about that combo.

One of the bonds you can buy from the Vanguard will set your arm on fire. I thought that was pretty cool. The Speaker ones suck.

I have some cool bonds, didn't get them until way later in the game though. My favorite is from the raid which makes my arm sparkle with fragments of white light. I have another that sets my arm on fire, and another that's a holographic bird that changes colors.

2 RepliesDon't know what bonds you are wearing but my usual ones are badass. I'm normally wearing fragment of the prime. Right now I'm wearing the iron banner one is its awesome. The branch circling the bond is blowing blue and there is an aura of fire on the bond as well.

What a foolish thing to complain are you sure your a warlock?!! Like what level are u at have u not seen the armbands we get later on, Bruhhhhhhhhh our trench coats are the shot are armbands just make it so much cooler l, go make a hunter if u feel the need to validate yourself come on bruh we're warrior scholars not rock stars

At first I thought, no. The warlock bonds glow, have holograms, etc. but after making a hunter, I'll tell you now that I have a lot more cloaks in my inventory, than I do warlock bonds. I delete almost every bond because they are all such tiny cosmetic items, while a hunter on the other hand... Well let's be honest here, you choose the wrong cloak and your entire outfit doesn't go together.

The iron banner warlock bond I have on is actually really flashy. Glowing wreath on the bond AND it's on fire?! Awesome.

I have one that's on fire I think that's probably cooler than a regular old cloak

Warlock bonds are the coolest they actually have animations to them like the continuous fire one, if anything is say the titans are hunters are to bland

My warlock has a band that makes my left arm glow & swirl with purple energy field. I prefer that over the mudflaps Titans use...

It's ok we have dresses to compensate, we don't need capes or cloth hanging down from our belt

2 RepliesWhile a warlock understands the value of symbols and hence does not mock the gaudy flair of the hunter's cape, a warlock should be more concerned with seeking out knowledge, truths, and the mysteries of the Universe to be concerned about how impressive their "flair" appears. ;)

10 RepliesWhat I'd like to know is why is it that hunters can turn "invisible" when crouched and titans get and shield when running but what do warlocks get? Even in the tower these things are noticed but I don't see what anything from the warlocks

Once you get some good legendary binds you'll see there just as good and stand out lots .. Some have flames some shine with sparkles and the speakers emit holograms.
