Best way to get good weapons in the beta?
Can you get good weapons through pvp? or should you do the pve?

PvP isn't very good for getting weapons, I find it good for getting glimmer though. No, you either get good weapons through PvE or by funneling all your Glimmer into buy Encrypted Engrams from the Cryptarch.
