Character Models

Updated the app, on an android phone, and everything works fine except when I go on a beta player's profile their character model is completely black.. Any known fix?

I'm also having the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy note 2. I've sign in & out of profile as well as uninstalling & reinstalling & nothing.
