The problem is with the NHS being so big companies are charging the NHS far more than they would normally so everything is over priced and governments are giving their pals contracts for the NHS. Get rid of the pen pushers, lower the wages of those up top, stop over charging the NHS for EVERYTHING and you'll seen that budget come down. But hey nobody wants to mess with the people paying for their political campaigns, what a joke. The governments and capitalist pigs are trying to privatize the NHS, lets see how much money they'll lose with a full on rebellion.
