Windows 8.1 and Steam help.
So I got a Mac Book pro laptop for app design and I also partitioned the hard drive for Windows to game on the side. It seems the CSS doesn't work on steam because whether I go on the web site or through the app, the store and a few other screens only display with white backgrounds and blue text.
Another problem I have is I can't launch GTA 4. I think it's because I need an update but oddly enough, I can't connect to any microsoft sites. It gives me an error and tells me to check the url or the network may be down. Steam works fine and I can visit microsoft sites fine on the mac partition, just not the windows. Any suggestions?

3 Replies1. Why use Windows 8? If your dual booting or even triple booting like I do ( OSX, Win 7, Ubuntu) Windows 7 is a better product anyway and cheaper to find 2. Your windows OS is corrupted somewhere and it may be best to delete the partition and start fresh 3. Did you update your bootcamp drivers properly?
