Does anyone else..
Does anyone else get excited when they get personally contacted by a member of the Bungie team?
In my time following Bungie (almost half of my life,) I've gotten a private message from DeeJ on Twitter, and another time I got an Email from DeeJ. Neither were out of the blue, and I was half expecting them.. but boy do they make my day.
When DeeJ messaged me on Twitter because they wanted to send me a shirt for the Pumpkin carving contest, I probably danced around my living room for 20 or so minutes.. btw Im a grown ass man.. lol
The only thing that I believe could compare is a super religious person getting to chat with Jesus..
Has anyone else had any personal contact with someone from Bungie?

After I peed myself, and realized that my dick is bigger than all of yours, I got over it. I also use to chat with a Bungie employee but that dwindled down to not talking at all now.

6 Repliesmost my stories are old and not important to today's Bungie, but I'll share this one cause I think you're awesome. I played against DeeJ long before he was a rockstar, when he was with Tied The Leader and I was with GeezerGamers. I got hosed, but if I can remember correctly it was one of his teammates that did the major damage. I forget, but they were cool. It was near the beginning of the Halo 3 days, so I'm not sure if I got this right. It was such a minor thing at the time, and all my crazy adventures are all starting to blend together.

I've come in contact with Employees across several mediums, often without any sort of prompt from myself. It's kinda neat when it happens.
