Primary Weapons in all slots

There has been discussion lately on the impact of moving the Hand Cannon to the Primary Slot, and the Sniper Rifle to the Special slot. I've been thinking, it would be nice to allow the player to override the type of a weapon, as long as you're putting it in a slot that gets [b]less[/b] ammo. We know that your primary weapon will be the slot for which it is easiest to obtain ammo. I don't know if Heavy ammo is less common than Special ammo, but lets assume that for the time being. So we've got: Primary Ammo - Common Special Ammo - Uncommon Heavy Ammo - Rare Now, lets assign a weight to each slot and weapon type: Primary - 1 Special - 2 Heavy - 3 The idea is that each slot can carry any weapon with a weight less than or equal to it's own. So Primary Weapons could go in any slot, Special Weapons could go in the Special or Heavy slots, and Heavy weapons could only fit in the Heavy slot. This would give the player more flexibility in terms of which guns they want to use... without unbalancing their power. If you wanted to roll with an Assault Rifle, Hand Cannon, and Sniper Rifle, you could. Just put the Sniper Rifle in the Heavy Slot, which will receive the least ammo, and then you can chose between the Assault Rifle and Hand Cannon (both Primary) which will go into the Primary Slot and receive the most ammo, and which will go in the Special Slot and receive less.
