Well I'm thinking about making a casual clan for the Destiny Ps4 Beta and Destiny Ps4 when that comes out. The clan name will be Shadow Spectre (hopefully no one will take it before I do). We are not sure if an actual clan/guild system will be in the game but I'm doing this just in case. Also I'm not sure if the game will be using your Bungie account or your Psn account but nevertheless.
