My vote goes toward Intrusion 2's Final Boss, M.A.C.E.

Armstrong. Definitely Armstrong.
-
sadly this.

What do you mean by proper?
-
Dead Space(the first and second one)
-
The End or The Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3.
-
The bosses from Metroid Prime.
-
Mael Radec in Killzone 2 on Elite Mode. Zeus in God of War 3. I've watched my brother play Gears 1 and 2. It seems like they have good final bosses.
-
Gears of war 3
-
Anything from Dark Souls. Except the Bed of Chaos...
-
Halo 4, the Didact...haha! No... Hmm...played a lot of single player games...the most recent good boss...what Gear Rex from MGS PW with friends? The giant worm from Mario & Luigi Partners in Time? Haven't fought a good boss in a while besides those two.
-
I'd consider most of Dark Soul's boss fights to be of decent quality.
-
Metal Gear Rising Boss's My votes on Armstrong
-
Gears of War, RAAM.
-
Various Raid bosses in Borderlands 2.
-
Senator Armstrong.
-
The last boss I fought was Unlimited Hazama. No, I didn't win. You can't win against Unlimited Hazama.
-
MGR wins this category by the biggest goddamn landslide since the ones I created

Okay... LET'S DANCE.

A human-turned-demon in Shin Megami Tensai IV. If that doesn't count (since I'm a little foggy on what you consider to be a "proper" boss fight), The Warrior in Borderlands 2 was probably it.

Edited by Mr SexBot: 8/12/2013 6:50:16 AMThe 4 kings from Dark Souls, they're a nightmare (shudders), that or the Ur-Dragon from Dragon's Dogma, he's not "hard" per say (if you know what you're doing) he dishes out some fair punishment, but he's just really sturdy. It took me a whole day of playing and a half a day the next to kill him. It was a pain in the ass.

Tbh the last real boss battle I had was the kingdom hearts 2 final boss, forgot his name.
-
I liked every single post in here relating to Senator Armstrong, because honestly, how the capital FU.CK would he not be the one that is counted?

Most of the bosses in Lost Planet 2
