I try to think about what I'm angry about, and if its even worth it. Life is too short to let things get to us. I also believe that my faith in God has helped me, actually I know it's helped me, forgive people who have really made me angry. It doesn't take away the pain of it, we're human after all. But just realizing that anger doesn't help anyone or anything and trying to focus on the good things in life would be how i would try to control it.
