On June 19th, I will be graduating high school. During the course of my senior year, I have come to the conclusion that nobody at my school cares enough about me to consider me their friend, and through a rocky relationship I had with a girl I unintentionally burned all the bridges I had left with people who cared about me.
Despite my grade's size (800 odd students), everyone seems to have successfully "grouped off", leaving me in the dust with no one to go to. I really want to have some friendships with people from high school as I go off to college, but no one wants to have friendships with me. I'm neither a jerk nor a freak, but I'm not necessarily your run of the mill person either.
I guess my question is, is that in these last 40 odd days of high school should I try to solidify some friendships or just leave it all behind, perpetuating my loneliness?

There must be something wrong with you, no offense.

I wouldn't worry about it, after that stage of your education hardly anyone speaks to each other anyway, it's probably simpler to stick with what you're doing, fewer goodbyes.
-
If no one wants to be friends with you, giving up is your only real option.

Personally, I like to be alone. If you like people then you should probably try to be more social since that will make you more happy.

Shameless bump, I feel like talking
