I hit my head this morning which resulted in a concussion, but I'm struggling to remember the last week, except only the slightest of details.

So this morning I was getting ready for school, and I was standing at my sink with my head lowered a bit when I sneezed. The top of my head, pretty much where the parietal and frontal bones meet, I hit on my faucet super hard. Like, on the right side of my head where the parietal and frontal bones form a suture. Maybe not there, maybe a bit higher and only on the parietal, I'm not sure. All I know is I got slightly dizzy and a bad headache, and couldn't continue getting ready. I lied down on my bed and could feel a bump starting to form where I hit my head. I ended up just laying there until about two hours ago, so in total about four to five hours. I'm feeling fine right now, except for some pain on the spot I hit my head and some pain on the back of my skull, but my worry is I can't remember the last week well at all. Like, I can only remember bits and pieces, where usually I can remember a lot of things as I have a good memory. I'm scared that I may have hit my head hard enough to screw up with my memory and it won't go back to it's normal self. Also, everything is kind of cloudy and I feel kind of out of it. Like I thought 50 to 75 was 15, when in fact it's twenty, and when my mom was calling for my cat's, I responded to her calling my cat's name (Whiskers) thinking I was Whiskers and she was calling me. I just don't want to have any long term side effects, you know? This is probably like my fifth of sixth concussion, I don't want to have my mental abilities reduced. I also don't want to go to bed and not wake up, because I die in my sleep, though I don't think this is that bad.
