The video above was simply an inspiration for a new story i'd like to write and possibly share with you. I wanted to write a story based off an investigative journalist of sorts. Someone young who constantly writes in his journal keeping track of things. Some of his back story is that he is fascinated with Urban Legends, specifically the Rake. He begins to dedicate his time to investigating the Rake, fully believing it. Like I said; he keeps strictly to his journal. Although this is the first route i've thought of, I don't know how to start it, I only know I want to write it in "diary" form. Any help? Some tips on how to approach this style of writing? I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the story.
