I hope Bungie removes these videos from youtube, It seems some people have been tricked into signing onto a FAKE Destiny Beta site.
This is the fake video, do not sign up for it:

This is the official Bungie Beta sign up:
http://www.bungie.net/en-us/View/bungie/userresearch/index
There have been several alt accounts spamming this around the Destiny forums.
EDIT: Bungie, there are 2 more scam youtube videos:
Guy says he is "Mark" from Bungie telling people he is an employee/to sign up:

Gotta hand it to them, they put the effort in to make it look semi-believable. I doubt it'll be the last we see of sites such as that.
-
It does look pretty convincing but that voice cracks me up, distorted vocals in that tone of voice is an odd combination.
-
Geesh. Fake Destiny beta stuff has been rampant. I found a fake twitter that snagged a few people the other week. :(
-
lol @ the halo music at the end.
-
whats the scam part? do they ask for money?
-
lol halo music
-
Nah. Let the scammers scam and let idiots get scammed.
-
Thanks, Ken. I posted a comment. Feel free to upvote it, if you like.

Edited by Metabyte: 3/5/2013 8:09:16 PMlol I like how they created multiple youtube profiles to comment on it
-
Edited by CoRaMo: 3/5/2013 8:58:13 PMYou'd think the filtered voice of the narrator would give it away. Also, nice catch. Edit: I always assumed companies like Bungie (and Activision) had special lines of communication with YouTube for rapid responses to situations like this one. Are we, in reality, all in the same boat when it comes to YouTube?
-
You have to be an idiot to believe the video. But the site seems legit at first.
-
Edited by Thoth: 3/5/2013 9:51:21 PMYou can flag the video as a scam and report it to youtube. I made sure to do so.
-
Top men are working on this.
-
Wow, it's really bad. Loads of people are falling for it and you can't even post on the video with out the scum bag's approval.
-
I flagged it.
-
Made sure to report the video and the account.
-
Sent a report, hopefully the video gets removed asap. They were smart enough to make it so that they have to approve of your comment which makes it impossible to warn others in the comment section.
-
It's still up? Dang, YouTube is slow.
-
lol hope they get their video removed fast
-
I never understood the point of people makeing those kinds of sites...
-
Wow, look at those comments :\
-
I just wanted you guys to know that I've sent out messages through Twitter and whatnot to leaders of Bungie-based fan communities to be on the lookout for these as well. If you think of any, I recommend letting them know so that as many people as possible can be aware.
-
you have to have your comment approved now.
-
Edited by FoMan123: 3/6/2013 12:13:10 AMI flagged the YouTube video and reported it as a scam; thanks for posting this. This is not the first time we've seen scams like this related to Bungie games. Hopefully people will protect their personal information.
-
i thought it was obvious that it was not reel because in the video for DESTINY it had HALO music.
-
The modulated voice makes it look pretty scammy too. Shame so many people fell for it.
