No, it's not a video game and it has nothing to do with Ron Jeremy either.
NASA is planning on exploring Phobos (one of Mars 2 moons) as a potential "orbital platform" for eventual long-term missions to Mars.
The idea being that the Moon is Earth's natural low-gravity orbital platform (making it a logical base for any operations within the Solar System) and Phobos is Mars natural low-gravity orbital platform (making it a logical base of operations to explore and evaluate Mars without having to always operate within the Martian gravity well).
The vid focuses mostly on "how do you move around on an object when a typical motion to take a step or turn a wheel could launch you off of the object and into space?" and they have some interesting ideas and prototypes (that they hope to test in the micro-grav "Vomit Comet")
The idea of using both Earth's and Mars moons as orbital bases is (IMO) brilliant and very exciting. I hope that I live to see some of this come to fruition.

Only a matter of time... (yes, I know the Marathon was made out of Deimos).

<3 you NASA.

. . .

I was expecting something completely different, but this is just as exciting.

Very cool.
