Entrepreneurship. Right now most people in school, from high school all the way through doctorate programs are thinking about who they will go work for. It never occurs for them to think of themselves as their employer. Fr the USA at least, our culture, our system is based on capitalism. The way that works is that businesses grow big, fail and are then gobbled up by a new generation of businesses that do the same. For this you need businesses. Lots of them. When I grew up nothing existed to teach entrepreneurism. As a result no one knew how to start a business. And now record unemployment. Thoughts?
