Post a Fond Memory of High School.
Once I had a an argument with the entire class whether or not ligers were real. They seriously didn't believe me, called me stupid, told me I was dumb because I believed in ligers from Napoleon Dynamite. The braniac in the class said it was biologically impossible for lions and tigers to breed because of their DNA or something along those lines. I felt very defeated. I couldn't believe my entire class never heard of a real liger.
So any of you guys got some stories from high school?

Ah yes, and the day I threw in the towel and left. Was sunny and warm, nice spring day. Was also a sad day too though. Happy sad day.

I walked out of the gate closest to my house and taking off the tie I slowly walked home. It was about 11:30 in the morning on a Tuesday if i remember correctly. That walk home, wondering what I do with myself before I started Uni.

Everyone should have such moments. Real life makes its entrance soon enough and from there, it's all downhill. I love (not) those kind of situations where everyone goes to "the brainiac" and they don't have a clue, but they genuinely believe their own bullshit and spin some tale about how lion and tiger DNA are incompatible as if they're the expert. Then the rest of the class takes their word because they're supposedly "the brainiac". And yes; I have had a similar situation happen to me. Some great memories for me were playing Halo:CE in the computer rooms for a whole year, which basically got me into Halo. For some reason, I owned an xbox 360, but not Halo 3. Oh, and that time someone put a lit firework in some guy's bag outside the canteen. The burn marks are still there on the carpet, a monument to all our sins.

Deciding roughly 2.5 hours before tryouts my senior year to memorize my opening statement for Mock Trial. I ended up pulling it off, and in the actual competition I got the Best Attorney award for my trial. (3-5 minute opening statement was what I memorized) Watching the football team make it to the state final 4 my freshman year. Taking a photo at a presidential rally in 04 that ended up getting in the school newspaper and winning one national and two regional awards for it. (which ended up with me getting my first DSLR which got me started into doing "real" photography and where I am now with it) In the stands at a football game my freshman year and a girl in the group I was standing with raised her shirt to rehook her bra and she said "it's not much but they're all natural" which somehow has remained stuck in my head all these years. (along with a friend's home phone number from freshman year for some reason) Getting into many, many political debates with my Latin teacher that would throw the class off the tracks for the rest of the period many times.

Getting blazed with my mate Naim at lunchtime and, through a comedy of errors, accidently making him fall into a knee-deep lake of mud. Then, whilst he was cleaning himself up so he could actually go to the afternoon classes, I saw a bird shit on my mate Baz. Funniest lunchtime ever!

Spring Break in Mexico with my family. Wasn't super rowdy or anything like that but it's the first time I'd left the country besides going to Canada so it was pretty cool.

Went on a spring break trip to Italy and Greece; ended up being in Delphi on Easter. That was just. . . amazing.

Playing Unreal Tournament with the entire computer art class while our push over teacher couldn't do a damn thing because he was a push over. There was also another class playing in a different part of the school with my favourite teacher who had installed UT onto the school server.
