Temporarily suspended from matchmaking?

1st off, this is my 1st post, 2nd I hate cheaters, racists, cussers, modders, and what ever else detracts from the fun of or spoils this awsome game. I know that just the fact that I have been temp suspended makes it look like I'm a heel or that I have done something wrong. I also know that all the cheaters and banned people always defend themselves to no end as clean and upstanding members of our community. Only thing is that I have personal vows to myself that I would never do anything to jeopardize my GT, reputation, or ability to continue playing a game that I love so much. I need my HALO 2. I tried searching bungie.net and xbox.com for support to find out why? how long? What did I did? I called the 800 # for xbox live support, they say they don't have access to why or how long.??? Anybody have any insight into this. Besides "just wait till the suspension is lifted", (I know I probably have to do that anyway) is there a phone # to call, a forum post i can look at or ? Sorry if I posted in the wrong place, also please save the flaming for some idiot who acctually deserves it. Thanks, The Rat Lord, (wishing I was playing H2 instead of horsing around on the computer)

 •
Somebody somewhere had to research my feedback and make a decision to suspend me. Somebody had to have said "hmmm? dis dis and dat, yep! ban the rat lord"
Actually, nobody makes that decision. It's automated, though I'm not so sure if that's the case with standby.
So they just do it and don't notify you? Nobody tells you why so you won't do it anymore.
Cheaters are usually well aware of what they're doing, and they don't deserve a warning anyway. Keep in mind I'm not saying you're cheating. Xbox Live thinks this way and also thought you were cheating, apparently.
My connection lags out once or twice a day. I'll be in the heat of the game and doink it says everybody else quit. I then have to unplug modem and router for 30 sec and then replug to get back on live. That must be it. It must look like I'm standbying?
Indeed it does. You probably need a new router, or need to fix whatever problem your current one has. Once this ban is over, you'll probably be banned again for the same reason. Also, people on XBL are idiots, and if they go to the blue screen, they automatically accuse people of standby. That, combined with your connection, probably got you a lot of cheating feedback.
But don't standbyers have insane high levels and much better stats than I do?Can't they tell? I thought the system was set up so stuff like this wouldn't happen.
Standbyers don't always have insanely high levels;some may be using their second accounts to boost their friends, or just suck. The staff at Xbox Live can't watch every game. They look at your connection, so it's hard to tell. Standby is much less effective with the recent AU's, but it can still be used. Bungie never said they would eliminate it, just reduce its effectiveness.
If I don't know why, I can't fix/stop it, I will be feared to move or speak in matchmaking after this, I won't be the same, my H2/xbox experience will be damaged, and will probably think Microsoft bad/bungie bad/Xbox live feedback system big disapointment/360 waste of money/wait and see what sony has to offer. Or maybe someone at Bungie or Xbox can just spit it out and tell me what they think i have done. At the very least, at least I will know. I know it's just a game, but i'm addicted to it and have been every since xbox/halo1 came out. I will unhappily and with no apparent choice wait this out. The most important thing to me is to know why. Insanely still rambling on during the withdrawl period, The Rat Lord, Thanks for your input. Is there a way to move this to the optimatch forum?
This can easily be remedied by simply getting a new router, possibly fixing the one you have, a faster connection, etc. There's no point in hating Bungie/MS over a legitimate mistake.
