Just to let you Wet-behind-the-Ears colonial types know: Although calling someone "A Wanker" in the USA is pretty rude, In the Good Old United Kingdom, it's cause for losing teeth and bleeding a lot. Apart from that, the meaning of "Wanker" is not "One who is silly" but, "One who polishes his pole, pulls his pud, Flogs his meat" etc etc.
