To me, that means November, but I guess October could be a possibility, too. I think August is a bit early, but who knows. I do know, however, that it will be released this year. I have also heard that the price will be somewhere around $299 - $359 US. The PS3 on the other hand won't be available until around Spring of 2006 and will be around $449 - $499 US. The biggest differences in the price gap are due to the CPU and GPU production cost for the PS3 systems. It looks like a monster of a machine (not to say that the 360 won't be), but I don't see myself paying an extra $100 - $200 for a games system. PS3 will also be using Blue Ray discs rather than HD DVD like the Xbox 360. Again, I don't see paying the extra money for it. Bring on the Xbox 360 and give me my fix of Halo 3!
