Already back to Halo 3

I've spent the last two days playing Halo 4 and I've had enough. I was hoping not to see another Reach but alas, I don't get this luxury. I'm debating whether it is even worse than what Reach was. It's laughable. Halo 3 is always going to be the smartest of the children. The bright sunspark which always shines through. It is just unfortunate it has almost met its end..... Regardless, here's to another two years on Halo 3! Hooraah! Who's with me? [Edited on 11.08.2012 8:53 PM PST]

 •
Posted by: meagsIZbeast 1. Movement is more fluid in this game than reach by a LOT. you can always increase your sens if you feel slower.... 2. What? Proof? FoV feels the same to me. 3. HUD is only a little cramped, I agree. Still nothing worth getting upset over. 4. That seems to be a personal thing, as I have not had a problem with it. Stop putting personal opinions as facts. 5. flinch is necessary if there is no de scoping. Personally idc if its no descope or flinch, but you cant take away both. 6. No there isnt. Clearly you havent tried them. 7. Now you are just making things up. 8. You should complain about all AAs rather than just sprint. And regardless its a new mechanic in halo thats not going anywhere. Adapt. 9. Same layouts as H3, with one or 2 new ones. Get over yourself.
1. Lol, being better than Reach doesn't mean it's not bad still. Reach was bad and 4 is not far behind. The base speed is painfully slow and movement acceleration is slow. That combined with the ludicrously high bullet magnetism makes strafing near useless. 2. You can see this for yourself. Load up the game and notice how little you can see and how zoomed in your view is. No Halo sequel has an FOV that is as high as the original. Not having an FOV slider is deplorable. 3. It's bad and interferes with the way you perceive the environment. There's simply no need for it to be that way and at the very least should have an option to remove the clutter and the annoying lines and rearrange the HUD. 4. That's not a personal thing, that is a fact. It is a fact that Halo 4 is a lot brighter and has much higher saturation than any previous Halo. Just because you "have not had a problem with it" does not mean it it's not nontraditional and bad for the overall atmosphere of the game. 5. De-scope > flinch. I'd rather no flinch AND no de-scope than to have flinch, that's how bad flinch is. 6. Lol, stop embarrassing yourself. Everyone knows the custom options are severely lacking in Halo 4, even Reach had far better and more numerous custom options. 7. No. The game does not adapt well to certain monitors/displays leading parts of the screen to be chopped off (this happened with my new TV that I bought). 8. I don't care how many things they introduce into Halo, as long as we are not FORCED to use them. Not being able to disable sprint is unbelievable. "Adapt" is also the most cliche and flawed response used in Game forums. 9. 3's were bad too. Why is it so hard for them to simply allow us full customization so we can use any button for whatever we want? Lol, "get over yourself"... just wow.
Posted by: Altered Vista Halo 4 Slayer is terrible...I'll stick with CTF until 343 updates the game. Also, it's got terrible hit detection/lag and that needs to be addressed.
I find CTF even worse. Forced auto-pickup and not being able to drop the Flag has seriously dumbed it down and made it incredibly frustrating at times. [Edited on 12.13.2012 6:50 PM PST]
