Halo 4 Multiplayer - The Good & Bad?

Question: What are things you can't stand or really like in Halo 4 multiplayer gameplay?

Aside from the campaign and graphics being awesome, and a definite upgrade from Halo: Reach. Also the music was really good in Halo 4.

Love the graphics, I don't like that people on your team with negitive KD can get more points ( the new point system) when they even have less assists. That seems like it is rewarding the people who just run in and die.
