How Do you start a clan?
when u wanna start a clan do u need bungie's approval or can u just start one?
I would like to know because ive been wondering if you can just make 1 or not

im not to good in close range but if u give me a sniper rifle and alot of ammo i'll take down quite a few people and i wanna start a clan so im ready to kick ass in halo 2 just as u said, and my close range weakpoint will all soon change in halo2 with the covenant sword.
