Black List
I'm sure this is common, and it makes me want a search feature in the forums, but what specifically is a black list? Is is simply a black flag on your record in your chapter, or what? Thanks for your time all.

Being blacklisted basically means you cannot apply to that chapter, nor can you post to the news, forums, or any database that chapter has.
