To Those Going For High Post Counts

Stop. Just stop. We don't want people posting crap just for high post counts. Right now, with all the activity, it's hard to point fingers. A lot of people are being super active right now, and that's good. But when all this fuss is over, and the posting calms down to less than 50 new threads a day, it will become very apparent who is trying for a high count, and then we'll start flaming. And by we, I mean anyone and everyone who liked the overall quality of posts a week ago. P.S. bungie, don't get rid of the count all together, but put it in a place that isn't easy to get to. If people aren't constantly reminded of the count, they'll stop. Hopefully.

  • I like the post counter, to me it serves no purpose, because you guys know I'm not going to spam, well, at least not on purpose, it's just a nice thing to have. I used to pride myself on having very few posts even though I've been here a long time, since ages ago. Since before the .net passport thing, which is the date the Profile shows, not your actual join date, I think. The content of your posts is what counts, not the number of posts.
