[/quote] Not as much implying the grenade indicator determines the power (there is a mod to my knowledge that does increase the effectiveness of explosives/grenades however, but dont quote me on that one.) As it makes grenades less noob-friendly since they're more predictable.[/quote] You're thinking of the one that enables you to collect grenades from dead bodies. There isn't one that increases damage.
