Imagine that you are a member of a species that fought in the Human-Covenant war. Now imagine that in the wake of this war, each species has some sort of council. For Humans this would probably be the UEG or UNSC/ONI. For the Sangheili it would be all the Kaidons. For the other species, just pretend. As a member of that species' council what are your concerns about the future? What would you try and do to ease these problems? Do you think their would be opposition?
