Does Phoenix have to do with Bungie's next game?

I did some research and [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_(video_game)]this [/url] is all I can find on a game named Phoenix. Nothing xbox related(Besides a port to the original xbox back in 2005). So something is obviously up.

OP, if you are DeeJ friend on XBL, then you should be able to compare games played. To which, he was probably playing an arcadey game called pheonix (the one you linked).
