I hate not being able to sleep
Its like I can't sleep and whenever I try I am in so much pain I need to get up and go do something. Its really weird. Can you sleep well or not?

You should stop using all electronics with screens an hour or so before going to sleep. The lights and colors stimulate the brain keeping you awake.
