Clarifying the Storm Covenant's and Covenant's Belief System
So I understand that the Storm still hate the humans and the Covenant want to ally with the humans. And I also understand that the Storm are still in search of Forerunner artifacts. But does the Storm still believe in activating the Halos? Are they exactly like the old Covenant? And does the new Covenant still revere the Forerunners as gods?

That is the name of their ranking system. They are simply known as the Covenant. Also they do not believe in the Prophets. Just that the Forerunners are gods. Everyone hates the San Shyuum as of now.
