Humpday Challenge: ILM
Every now and then, we pick a team of Halo players from the community for a throwdown. This week, artists and animators from Industrial Light & Magic took the bait...erm, challenge.

Pretty interesting update! Figured this might have been another "Oh yeah so we got to play Halo 3 again and continue to tell you about amazing stuff and you get to see none of it". I wonder the Bungie crew met up with special effects animators for MOVIES...

sweet ILM vs bungie Studios quite possibly the most epic humpday know to man, when two intertainment idustry super powers collide ! sweet ! lol,I wouln't go blaming ILM for such film creation atrocities such as jar jar binks Frankie, I think we all know who to point the finger at there 'Gough,lucas cough', but enough about the prequel trilogey lets just pretend it never happend. the ILM dudes seem'd like a cool bunch, and I wish them good luck working with Micheal Bay on that delightfully sounding 'light-hearted comedy of manners set in Edwardian London' Transformers flick . Literally But I feel compelled to ask; so forgive me if I seem somewhat curious that you have played ILM before you played with your partner in crime Weta? Is this a precursor to any involvement with ILM with regards to the "postponed" halo movie? Maybe by getting support from the GL and thus throwing his heavy weight support behind the project you get studio backing? I certainly hope that this movie deal isn’t dead - I think Frankie that there was/is more to this friendly get together than meets the eye? Would you care to comment on my theory? Regards Camperman

Frankie, I'm sure the ILM guys would have discussed things more openly if you had let them play Halo 3 instead. Anyway, too fun.
