why dont i have recon in halo 3 i heard you guys were giving it out and i never got it :(

[i]Bungie[/i] only gave Recon out to those who did something impressive and then later to those who obtained all of the Vidmaster achievements. [i]343i[/i] gave it out to people in waves but not to all people.
