Comparisons between Mac and PC

For a laptop, what would be some reasons to get one over the other? At the moment, I see that Mac's OS is a bit simpler aaaaaand iTunes? Reason is I need to figure out if I'm going to be buying a Mac or PC. GOGOGO!!! [Edited on 11.19.2012 9:02 PM PST]

  • I don't want tiles on my desktop at least Apple and most Linux distros understand what the difference between a desktop and a touch device is. Also, I don't want some developer to make a solution for me. I expect Microsoft to do their operating systems correctly, especially when I hand them money. If I have to throw money then I would prefer to throw it at Apple's direction rather than staying with Windows 8 which is crapware. I don't think that "Windows 8 sucks" I think Microsoft's approach to whatever they think is a good idea for the future of desktop or even computing to be lunatic of over-drunk designers that were made to develop a UI experience for a touch device and completely alienating the classic users. (The desktop won't die now, not in 10 years and maybe it will be around in 50) And when it comes to mobile integration at least OSX handles that better. I think it supports indie developers quite well with some modding files and a marketplace for their creations.[/quote]
