If the military held up its oath, it would be civilians and the military against the politicians and whatever they could buy. However, there isn't going to be a revolution and a ban isn't going to be passed. It's unconstitutional. It's just everyone wasting their time trying to find a scapegoat to blame, with everything from guns to the media receiving the blame. The real source of the problem is our healthcare, especially the lack of quality mental healthcare. The problem doesn't come from guns or movies or games. Government says we need to do something 4. 4 months of number 3 happening with people saying the same 5. Nothing happens 6. Go back to step 1. The government won't do anything because of the constitution and the supreme court won't allow it, nobody will willingly hand in their guns either. Basically it's a load of hot air and every side and you wonder why it continues, it's also the same argument for national healthcare, its unconstitutional apparently.
