Has the flood had any?
What sparked this curiosity was about a week ago I was up in Maules Creek (NSW), out hunting with one of my friends. We were in a back burned clearing (something we had done in June during the winter, way too dangerous now) looking for rabbits. We got chased by 4 wild dogs and the only way we managed to get away was by shooting the b*tch and using that time to get to our car. There would have been no way we could have outrun wild dogs from 50 meters away and another younger dog wasn't far behind when we reached our car again.
Has anyone on the flood had a close encounter that could have been harmful or even fatal?

I've had many close calls while driving... I'm sure most have, but people seriously suck at driving in my area and I've almost been hit head on a couple times, almost t-boned, side-swiped, etc... The closest call was when I was riding shotgun with my friend and we were approaching an intersection where the light was red on our side... But his brakes failed and we slid into the intersection with traffic, almost having an accident. He had the brakes checked and found the wiring or such was faulty and it was replaced.
